Whether you are based down the road or are working on a project further afield, BILT. Builders Merchants boasts a comprehensive product range and efficient delivery service that caters to all.
Open Monday to Saturday, the BILT. store is accessibly located at Unit 4, Heritage Court, Mountfield Rd, New Romney, TN28 8FA. We cover the local area – usually within a 20-mile radius – delivering between Ashford, Rye, Folkestone and Hythe daily. However, we also regularly travel to Canterbury, Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Sittingbourne – not to mention all the surrounding villages. We’re extremely flexible, so if your location isn’t listed, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. In the past, we’ve delivered as far as Newcastle!
Step One
Pop into our New Romney shop or place your order via phone (01797 363633) or email (). If you need advice, we’ll discuss your requirements and put forward the various solutions we can offer. We’re always here to answer your queries - however big or small they may be.
Step Two
Once you’ve chosen your supplies, the team will process your order. We’ll take your name, delivery address and contact details, and you can pay in-store via cash or card or over the phone. If you plan to use us regularly, we can open a trade account for you. We aim to dispatch all orders within a couple of days and will arrange a convenient delivery time frame.
Step Three
On the agreed delivery date, we’ll travel out to your location. Our fleet can cope with orders of all sizes and even the most remote locations. After unloading your goods, the BILT. team will check that everything is in order and that you’re totally happy with our services.
